Deimos Steel Mace is comprised of a single piece of welded steel and coated with a chip-resistant black finish.

The flat spot on the head allows for simple upright storage, and since it is made of solid steel, it is virtually indestructible.

The round, steel head gives near perfect balance when swinging the mace overhead in various ways, giving impeccable stability while in movement.

Mixed martial artists in the West have taken up heavy mace training as a way to strengthen the muscles involved with throwing opponents to the mat.

Functional fitness and natural movement practitioners have also taken to mace training because it provides such an amazing full-body workout.

The Steel Mace is a very challenging and exciting piece of equipment to master. The great thing about the mace is that if you want to increase the resistance you can simply slide your hand closer to the end of the handle.

GRAVEDIGGER – x15 reps each side

JOUST – x15reps each side

TWISTED SWORD DRAW – x15 reps each side

The Mace Warrior Workout is meant to be done as a circuit, which means you perform each steel mace bell drill for the number of repetitions for each side before moving on to the next drill.

The focus is to develop the techniques involved with using the steel clubs so form is of utmost importance.

Take as much rest as you need to maintain good form.
